This part of our kit provides you with the tools and methods you will need during the Validation phase of our program - often before your found your company.

We will cover baseline aspects such as how to run your startup with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as concrete steps of validating customer needs, solution concepting and business modelling.

Step 1 - Startup ThinkingAn Entrepreneurial Mindset is more than just starting a business; it's a way of thinking and approaching challenges.
Step 2 - Explore the problem areaUnderstand the Problem Before Developing the Solution. Build a strong baseline of insights in order to objectively evaluate the core needs, build a stronger industry understanding and clearly define the problem domain
Step 3 - Business ModellingBased on strong insights, use these methods to help start modelling your value proposition and building an initial hypothesis around a feasible business model, positioning in a value chain as well as a clearer idea on pricing and an economic forecast around your business.
Step 4 - Concept TestingIn parallel with business modelling it is certainly a core part of this validation phase to begin early stage concept work, prototyping and solution exploration to validate the need for key aspects of your solution and build a stronger understanding of what it would take to develop and commercialise your solution
Step 5 - Storytelling & Pitch FundamentalsEvery successful startup has a story. Not the boring kind with mission statements and corporate jargon. The kind that makes people stop what they're doing and lean in.
Step 6 - Financing Your StartupAll innovative and scalable ideas require financing before they can reach a break even level. There are a wide range of financing options available from grants all the way to investments.
